Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
My go-to brekkie spot when exploring the region. It was one of the few, non-dennys/corporate, joints that were open at 6am. I patronized Cora's three times and unfortunately I lost a couple days of pictures from my trip due to technical difficulties.
The joint has friendly, cute/childish, and welcoming charm. The typical Canadian hospitality was on full display in all it's glory. A pleasant dining experience.
Service: A.
Everyone was cool, nice and all that mushy stuff as mentioned briefly above.
Food: A.
Waffles - The waffle had a good blend of flour, dairy, butter and sugar. You can taste that the recipe is their own and not some commercialized junk mixed together for them to cut cost corners. Additionally, the amount of fruit on top of the waffle is over-kill which is good for consumers. Coras definitely provide generous portions.
Omlette - It's nice to eat eggs that are cracked versus a paper box/carton. Cheese just drooped all over to add with the veggie flavors.
Wrap a.k.a. Burrito. A little thicker than a crepe with a generous amount of sweeter hollandaise sauce on top. The wrap itself wasn't that big but the fruit and tatoes made sure to fill up the belly.
Potatos - nothing to rave about.
Fruit.... This was insane in a good way. The amount of fruit provided was a complete shocker. The variety provided ranging from strawberries, cantaloupe, watermelons, grapes, kiwis, melons, apples, bananas and oranges was beyond generous.
Location: ?
It's in a mall somewhere in East Calgary. Calgary is a small town compared to Los Angeles so I don't know how to evaluate location.
Parking: A
Mall so there is plenty parking in the morning.
Decor/Interior: B
Nothing fancy.
Overall: A
I love this place. The foods that was provided was real. How do you know food is real? They keep you full for a good period of time. That would be 10 hours for me. Ever notice how hungry you get after eating fast foods? Yep.
Thank you Cora for providing adequate nutrition for an aggressive traveler =)
Happy eatings my friends. -

Honestly this is the worst Cora I have been to. I had an egg Benedict and it was disgusting. I have to say The sauce was not home made, not only that the service was terrible. Never been to a restaurant and was unhappy with the food they still made me pay for it.

Great selection of breakfast menu items. Long lineups for breakfast, though staff were attentive at getting us seated.
Bonus points for arranging a mango smoothie bowl without Kale for my wife. Might not always be possible but they tried hard to accommodate us.
My only criticism would be that we were seated at the smallest table at the back of the restaurant and it was so cramped we couldn't get in/out without inconveniencing the table behind us. Not comfy. -

Brunch spot!
I have been here before and I do enjoy the food the only thing is that I always know that there will be a line up. Then when your seated I you feel rushed to eat and get out fast for the next group to be seated. I also find that they are chintzy like lest give a table of five people 3 Jams and one peanut butter, it's just going to starting a family feud. -
